Senior associate, International business for Academy – Euronext Corporate Solutions

Each year, in conjunction with a pool of more than 120 trainers (academics, thought leaders, practitioners and Euronext internal experts), the training centre develops and delivers 350 training courses circa, attended by approximately 9,500 delegates.

Its training services are delivered face to face and online (on an Academy dedicated e-learning platform) and can be tailored to the needs of our corporate clients. All training initiatives show how mature  exchanges and  financial markets work and are delivered to banks and brokerage firms, listed or listing companies, international exchanges, business schools and universities.

Academy – Euronext Group has also a strong track record in developing and delivering bespoke capacity building programmes to support capital markets development and growth in 27 countries internationally.

You will primarily be responsible for:

• Supporting the International Business Manager in developing new and existing relationships with international clients, including sales management and business development
• Liaising with the Euronext Corporate Solutions salesforce to follow up on new leads and business opportunities, especially for MAR e-learning courses
• Assisting in the design, marketing and promotion of new courses using innovative training methods
• Collaborating with internal departments such as risk, legal and compliance to ensure business development is fully compliant with internal policies
• Coordinating with the Academy team to ensure all logistical arrangements and event management activities are in place before course delivery
• Supporting the delivery of customer service and administrative activities, including contracting and invoicing processes
• Managing terms and conditions, quotations, online form creation and contracts, and ensuring good communication to optimise service quality
• Ensuring the Academy value proposition is fully integrated within Corporate Solutions by interacting with internal stakeholders

Your profile:

• At least four years’ experience in a similar position within a financial training business focused on designing finance and capital markets programmes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written); an additional language is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented, positive attitude
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and across multiple locations
• Commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
