Department Overview
The Supply Chain Finance department sits at the critical intersection of end-to-end operations and corporate financial management. The team serves as the strategic financial co-pilot to Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Distribution.
Job Description
We are seeking a data-driven Finance Manager to act as a financial co-pilot to our Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Supply Chain leadership. In this role, you will bridge operational performance with financial strategy—turning complex operational data into actionable insights while maintaining strong accounting oversight over the P&L & Balance Sheet.
Key Responsibilities
Own financial models, forecasts, and budgets for LMR supply chain expenses. Perform quantitative analysis to identify delivery risks and margin opportunities.
Oversee Balance Sheet reconciliations and P&L journal entries for LMR supply chain operations, ensuring accurate month-end close execution and control compliance.
Partner with LMR Supply Chain leaders to review performance, explain variances, and drive cost-optimization strategies.
Serve as the primary finance liaison connecting operational teams with central corporate accounting and FP&A.
Maintain weekly/monthly executive dashboards and perform targeted financial analyses to evaluate operational investments and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
5–10 years in financial analysis, corporate finance, or operational accounting (supply chain/manufacturing finance preferred).
Practical working knowledge of General Ledger (GL) accounting, journal entry oversight, and P&L / Balance Sheet management.
Advanced MS Excel/Google Sheets proficiency. Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL) is a plus.
Ability to connect operational metrics directly to financial outcomes and communicate complex concepts clearly to non-finance partners.
Target Base Salary Range: $135,000 - $140,000 USD
