Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Product management and marketing for specialty memory products (NORFlash, SRAM, F-RAM, and others) used in high-performance, mission-critical applications including automotive, industrial, and data center computing
• Manage active product family portfolios and take full ownership of global product launches
• Manage products across the entire product lifecycle, including evaluation of market opportunities and development of business cases, development of marketing collateral and training of internal and external go-to-market audiences, and ongoing evaluation of the business performance of assigned product families
• Building consensus to drive alignment within cross-functional teams

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• An ambitious early-to-mid-career semiconductor professional who is passionate about product management and marketing
• Technical background in digital logic/semiconductors is preferred
• Ideal candidate has digital integrated circuit experience (including microcontrollers, FPGAs, memories, but ideally not analog/power background), but can cross-train an exceptional candidate from the analog/power side
• Strong candidates may come out of technical sales, field applications engineering, semiconductor product marketing, semiconductor product management, applications engineering, or technical semiconductor procurement. Also, with demonstrated business interest, suitable candidates may come from systems engineering, semiconductor product design, or semiconductor product engineering
• Needs strong written and verbal communication skills as a vocal champion for their assigned product line across globally diverse cross-functional teams
• Able to work within defined, highly structured processes but also to drive change regarding new and improved product concepts and processes

San Jose, CA: Minimum of $150,560.00 Salary per year/ Maximum of $207,020.00 Salary per year

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
