JOB PURPOSE Responsible for the overall financial management of the Company. Provide direction, management and leadership in the accounting, business planning and budgeting activities. Provide timely and relevant financial management reports to all stakeholders.
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
• Evolve experience • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Financial Manager role. • Previous experience within the motor dealership industry is essential. • Strong knowledge of dealership accounting systems and financial controls. • Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. • Must be proficient in both English and Afrikaans. • Have a valid Driver’s Licence • It is expected that the candidate has a clear record based on the various verification checks that will be
conducted. • Although all suitable applications will be considered, it is preferred that the individual is based in the East
Rand or close to the dealership.

• Oversee the full financial function across dealerships. • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports. • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax legislation, and internal controls. • Oversee creditors, debtors, general ledger, and asset management. • Reconcile manufacturer accounts and ensure accurate OEM reporting. • Manage month-end and year-end financial processes. • Analyse financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management. • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team. • Ensure compliance with company policies and automotive industry best practices.
