What you'll be doing:
- Lead the full finance function, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to improve profitability, optimise margins, and drive working capital efficiencies
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business planning and executive decision-making
- Oversee cost accounting, product costing, pricing support, and factory variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and governance requirements while maintaining strong financial controls
- Develop, mentor, and lead a capable finance team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
