Job Description:
- Install, configure, maintain, and support applications and system components in Windows and Linux environments.
- Provide technical support for COTS and SaaS applications.
- Gather and document technical requirements and recommend solutions for application and infrastructure changes.
- Support Windows Server 2016+ and RHEL 7+ environments.
- Configure and support applications in Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and remediate application and infrastructure vulnerabilities.
- Support Tomcat, IIS, MS SQL Server, XML, PowerShell, and application monitoring tools.
- Support SSO technologies including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID.
- Work with network infrastructure, firewalls, LAN/WAN, and system architecture.
- Create and maintain technical architecture and system diagrams.
- Use Azure DevOps for application and infrastructure support activities.
- Collaborate with vendors, customers, and technical teams to implement projects and system changes.
- Support containerization and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) within cloud environments.
Requirement:
- 5–7+ years of experience installing and configuring systems and applications on Windows and Linux environments.
- 5–7+ years of experience gathering requirements, analyzing technical issues, and recommending solutions.
- Strong experience with Windows Server 2016 or later and RHEL 7 or later.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with Tomcat, IIS, MS SQL Management Studio, XML, and PowerShell.
- Experience with Dynatrace or similar application/system monitoring and debugging tools.
- Knowledge of SSO technologies including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID.
- Strong knowledge of networks, LAN/WAN, firewalls, and system architecture.
- Experience with vulnerability remediation and application/server support.
- 3–5+ years of experience implementing and configuring applications in Azure.
- Experience with Azure services, containerization, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
