Job Summary:**
The Talent Acquisition Associate at VXI Global Solutions, LLC. will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment efforts for various agent positions. This entry-level position is responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition team in identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified candidates, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Source candidates through various channels including online job boards, social media, internal databases, and professional networks.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
* Coordinate interview schedules and logistics for candidates and hiring managers.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Assist in creating and posting compelling job descriptions on relevant platforms.
* Support the offer letter generation and onboarding process for new hires.
* Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruitment initiatives as needed.
* Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to the Talent Acquisition team.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment updates.
* Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
