Job Description
The ICE Internship Program offers a dynamic opportunity to combine hands-on, impactful work on projects that shape our business, alongside practical career and professional development. You’ll build meaningful connections, strengthen your interpersonal skills, and contribute in ways that truly make a difference.
Beyond your day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll participate in weekly sessions led by industry leaders, connect with fellow interns, and deepen your understanding of the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries.
The Professional Services Intern will support the implementation consultants who deliver digital products to mortgage servicing clients, helping keep projects organized, tested, and documented from kickoff through client support handoff.
Responsibilities
Track and review client implementation artifacts, such as questionnaires, configuration guides, and branding files, and flag anything late or incomplete
Support user acceptance testing readiness by running test scripts, logging issues, and summarizing results
Take notes at client kickoff meetings, walkthroughs, and working sessions, then send action items to the team
Maintain configuration workbooks and update process documentation as the team finds gaps
Learn core mortgage servicing concepts, including loan setup, payments, escrow and customer interactions.
Knowledge and Experience
Must be currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited university and be at least advancing to their junior year of study
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization and attention to detail
Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
Familiarity with tracking tools such as Trello or Azure DevOps is a plus; no prior mortgage experience required
Internship Program Schedule
To accommodate varying academic calendars, the ICE Internship Program offers two schedule options:
Option 1: May 24, 2027 – August 6, 2027
Option 2: June 7, 2027 – August 20, 2027
Candidates will be asked to select their preferred session during the application process.
Please Note: Interns must be available to work full-time, five days a week, at our Jacksonville office for the entire duration of one of the designated program schedules. Partial participation or alternate dates cannot be accommodated.
