Key Responsibilities
Product Development: Work closely with R&D and production teams to implement new formulation, new processes into manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth transition and adherence to timelines.
Process development: Lead the development and optimization of new product processes, including formulation, curing techniques and slitting, to meet product specifications and quality requirements.
Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and evaluate manufacture processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality enhancement.
Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support to production teams for troubleshooting process issues, resolving equipment failures, and addressing quality concerns related to manufacture processes.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with research and development, engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment of manufacture processes with overall business objectives and customer requirements.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols governing manufacture processes, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of process parameters, test results, and quality metrics, preparing regular reports and presentations to communicate performance and progress.
Qualifications and Skills
Master degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical or related field
5+ years’ experience in manufacturing or process engineering, with specific expertise in dry film or FCCL technology preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to filtration, web handling, coating and slitting process
Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical methods for process optimization.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present technical information clearly and concisely
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good English communication capability.
