WCM (World Class Manufacturing), Cost Excellence and Industrial Planning team at Rio Claro plant. This team manages the WCM implementation and manufacturing competitiveness strategies, including: plant cost governance, cost deployment projects and competitiveness long-term strategy; problem-solving, focused & continuous improvement methodologies; and people development strategy at the whole plant.

We are looking for a Focused Improvement (FI) Manager who is passionate about leading process optimization through Focused Improvement methodologies to lead our WCM operational excellence journey in Rio Claro Plant. You'll be responsible for the strategy of identification, planning, and execution of FI projects aimed at solving chronic problems and delivering significant business results through WCM Methodology towards IPS (Ideal Production System). We look for an inspiring, analytical leader with a proven track record of successfully applying methodologies like WCM (preferred), Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing

## Suas responsabilidades incluirão

• Lead the Focused Improvement (FI) Pillar at Rio Claro plant.
• Develop and manage FI projects portfolio and know-how, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
• Lead and guide cross-functional teams in solving complex problems using Focused Improvement methods and tools, including PPA, Minor Stoppage and Taguchi projects.
• Lead the WCM Expansion strategy, governance and execution (all pillars) throughout the whole plant.
• Foster a culture of continuous & focused improvement and spread plantwide the application of problem solving and advanced tools.
• Monitor and report project results, ensuring the sustainability of implemented improvements, including Quick, Standard, Major and Advanced Kaizens.
• Lead the “Dream Factory” facility and team, responsible for development and implementation of Low Cost Automation projects and kaizens throughout the plant.
• Collaborate with other plant departments to ensure the integration, success and sustainability of improvement initiatives.

## Requisitos mínimos

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering or related field.
• Solid experience (minimum 10 years) in managing continuous improvement and focused improvement projects using WCM (World Class Manufacturing) methodology or other related methodologies.
• Minimum of 5 years in problem solving leadership position.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams to solve complex problems in industrial facilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with logical and structured thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and engage people at all levels.
• Fluent in English language.
