Summary

• Performs supervisory and administrative duties associated with inspection personnel management.
• Coordinates the tasks and work plans of the non-conformance handling process.
• Ensure that all quality control activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Led shift QC Coordinators for non-compliance material quarantine activities (Including system and physical quarantine) to prevent unintended use.
• Responsible for material flow, storage of parts, and accurate inventory transactions within the ERP system.
• Performs supervisory and administrative duties associated with inspection personnel management.
• Coordinates the tasks and work plans of the Quality assurance area
• Observe and verify the accuracy and adequacy of the inspection activities and records.
• Generates and maintains quality metrics and reports, as required, and implements appropriate preventive/corrective actions (as needed) to improve quality.
• Identifies problems and proposes timely, cost-effective solutions that meet quality requirements.
• Provide training to production and quality control personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Support in routine audit readiness activities
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality consciousness throughout the organization.
• Works with QA, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain and other department personnel, as necessary, to support quality and business objectives.
• Assumes and performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree with ≥ 3 years of medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry experience.

• Strong understanding of quality management systems, regulations, and standards (e.g., ISO 13485).
• Experience with statistical tools and methods for quality control
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP System
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
