This position reports to:
Quality Manager__
Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations. Each day, you will assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions to problems. You will also showcase your expertise by collaborating with local functions that impact the quality results to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aim for world-class performance.

You will be mainly accountable for:
1. Implement and lead new supplier Quality System and process audit.
2.Partner with Design team and supplier to verify and resolve the quality issues in builds and follow the corrective actions.
3. Regular process audit in supplier site regarding to the quality defects.
4.Supplier quality performance monitor and drive continual improvement.
5. Activity training for supplier about quality tools (DOE, SPC, GRR…) and cosmetic criterion.
6. ODM/OEM Electronic products customer complaints analyze and improvement: Fast respond to the customer complaints and lead the internal analyze process; Plan and drive the corrective and preventive actions to guarantee a fast and effective close of the issues.
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in electronic or automation technology related professional, digitalization experience as preferred.
1.Above 5 years supplier quality management background, experience in electrical/electronic products, or smart/IoT application products is preferred.
2.Familiar with PPAP, GRR, SPC, CP, FMEA, etc., Six Sigma belts is preferred.
3.Proficiency skill for Outlook、Word、Excel、PowerPoint, Familiar with Minitab or Power BI is preferred.
4.Ability to communicate in English, both written and oral.
5. Good communication and teamwork and leadership.
6.Highly responsible, and self-motivated.
7.A very strong learning ability.
