Role - Senior SME - Abstractions

Overview

The Project team lead supports the planning, coordination and execution of construction and client-facing projects. This role manages documentation, tracks progress, and ensures projects meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements. We're looking for an organized, proactive professional with strong communication skills who can manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking to ensure timely delivery within budget
• Maintain project documentation, contracts, and records in compliance with internal and client standards
• Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and variance analyses for stakeholders
• Use project management expertise to streamline communication and documentation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple locations
• Develop presentations and reports for client meetings and internal reviews
• Manage tracking & project reporting
• Adapt to new tools and systems as project requirements evolve
• Ensuring project completion with the given timeline

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6-7 years of project coordination experience in client-facing roles
• Direct client interaction experience required; Lease Abstraction background is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (MS Projects)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity in fast-paced environments
