Room Leader – Toddler Room
£33,500 per year | 40 Hours per Week
The Toddler Room is a key stage in a child’s early development, where confidence, communication and independence begin to flourish.
This Good Ofsted-rated nursery is a well-established, busy setting offering a modern and spacious environment designed to support high-quality early years practice. As Toddler Room Leader, you will take responsibility for leading the room on a day-to-day basis, ensuring a consistent, high standard of care and education. You will guide your team in delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities while maintaining a calm, supportive and well-organised environment where toddlers can thrive and develop at their own pace.
