Role Overview & Strategic Focus
Join an energetic team in the heart of Barcelona to drive a major digital marketing initiative crucial for business growth. Tailored for specialists skilled at navigating the subtleties of the German commercial landscape, this hybrid opportunity casts you as a trusted advisor. Your success hinges on cultivating strong client relationships, driving platform usage, minimizing customer churn, and unlocking new revenue opportunities within your assigned accounts.
Professional Growth & Progression
This company prioritizes your long-term career trajectory over short-term placements. Your dedication determines how fast you move up through a clearly defined promotion structure:
- Phase 1: Account Manager (Year 1): Accelerate your career track. Within your first year, you can move into a higher tier that increases your base salary to €30,000, supplemented by performance incentives.
- Phase 2: Team Leader: Step into leadership to train new team members and guide overall team performance.
- Phase 3: Quality Analyst: Transition into a strategic, data-driven role focused on auditing marketing campaigns and streamlining operational processes.
Key Duties & Accountabilities
Your primary objective is to nurture and expand a portfolio of new accounts while executing key sales and marketing strategies:
- Client Onboarding & PPC Management: Act as the primary contact to welcome new clients and launch optimized pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
- Sales Execution & Account Expansion: Conduct regular outbound calls to present features, finalize agreements, and upsell solutions to increase account value.
- Goal Alignment & Strategic Design: Identify key client objectives to create high-performing, results-oriented campaign strategies that yield immediate returns.
- CRM Management: Maintain, organize, and regularly update a detailed customer database.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track, evaluate, and report on core campaign metrics, providing actionable recommendations to clients.
- Marketing Funnel Alignment: Advise businesses on integrating their ad strategies with broader digital marketing funnels, including landing page optimization, audience segmentation, and creative testing.
- Market Insights: Gather local market trends and customer feedback regarding products and competitors to help shape company-wide strategies.
