About The Role
The Talent Specialist is the operational backbone of the YETI Americas Talent team, helping plan, coordinate, execute, and communicate key talent priorities.
This role partners across Americas Talent Business Partners, Training, and Recruiting to manage projects, build executive-ready materials, analyze workforce data, coordinate cross-functional work, and keep the team operating proactively.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and energized by bringing structure to complexity, improving processes, leveraging AI and technology, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate core talent processes for the Americas Talent team, including compensation planning, talent calibration, workforce planning, succession planning, development discussions, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, work-back schedules, and process documentation.
- Track deliverables, dependencies, risks, decisions, and action items to ensure timely follow-through.
- Develop executive-ready presentations, summaries, and communications that clearly convey talent priorities, insights, and outcomes.
- Compile, analyze, and translate workforce and talent data into actionable insights for business and talent decisions.
- Support reporting, data audits, and quality reviews to improve accuracy, consistency, and decision readiness.
- Capture meeting takeaways, document decisions, and drive action-item follow-up and accountability.
- Serve as a responsive resource for leaders, employees, and stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements, templates, workflows, and AI-enabled tools that increase team efficiency and consistency.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Advanced PowerPoint skills; strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent planning, organization, communication, stakeholder management, and follow-through.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience supporting talent, HR, or people initiatives.
- Familiarity with compensation planning, workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, or AI-enabled process improvement.

This role is based onsite in Austin, TX four days a week at YETI HQ.
