About The Position:

The “Away from Home” (On-Trade) team has strong ambitions for growth. Join the team with a chance to shape the future direction and deliver the strategy and execution of key portfolio and innovation projects to accelerate the business. This role is expected to understand the consumer, customer and company context, including significant senior stakeholder management across the globe, Europe & the zone, and countries, to build and execute the portfolio and innovation strategy.

A large focus of this role will be on packaging, responsible to review our full packaging portfolio in Away from Home, build the packaging strategy of the future, and execute it with speed and excellence. And what a time to join to lead this with regulation shaking up the packaging context.

In brief, you are responsible for:

• Combining long-term strategy (3-5 years out) with brilliant execution, by influencing, leading and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

• Define pack strategy, project-level strategy, execute with excellence to influence holistic portfolio decisions cross-functionally, and present the project for sign off to EPDM Leadership Team.

• Own end-to-end innovation delivery from insight to launch, coordinating cross-functional teams.

• Synthesize consumer, customer and category insights into compelling pack strategy.

• Develop and maintain innovation toolkits, templates and playbooks to accelerate market roll‑out.

• Monitor project KPIs, budgets and risks; facilitate cross functional alignment and escalate to the relevant leadership teams with clear mitigation plans.

• Prepare business cases, slide decks and stakeholder communications to enable timely decisions.

• Support Away From Home Lead on general team activities

Qualifications:
 

Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) to proceed for this position.

Must-have qualifications & skills:

• 6+ years’ experience in marketing and portfolio / innovation having led projects from strategy and ideation to successful in market delivery – ideally experience in a market and central team;

• Strategic mindset;

• Strong sense of initiative;

• Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset;

• Strong influencing skills;

• Marketing fundamentals.

• Demonstrated ability to lead projects from idea to execution and to deliver impactful output.

• Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel projects.

• Clear written and verbal communication; experience synthesizing insights into concise recommendations and executive-ready materials.

• Proactive, pragmatic, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and translating consumer/category trend data into actionable plans.

• Solution-first mindset with experience addressing challenges & mitigating risks to ensure on-time project delivery.
