Customer Service Representative, Hearing, Helsinki

The purpose of this position is to deliver a high-quality customer experience to GN Hearing customers in Finland supporting our organizational goal to provide reliable service in the industry. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for Finland, Helsinki who will be responsible for processing incoming customer orders ensuring the accuracy of the order and fulfilling the order in a timely and efficient manner.

The team you will be part of
You will be part of the Customer Care team in Helsinki, Finland and it will be a 60% onsite position, however, it is expected to change to 100% from February 2027. Your direct report will be Customer Care team lead Finland.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Have a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and with the correct specifications and maintain a high level of customer service
• Coordinate return and repairs and respond to inquiries from customers regarding their orders
• Monitor order status throughout the fulfillment process
• Basic invoicing tasks such as creating credit/rebills and assisting customers with queries related to invoicing
• Collaborate with various departments including sales, customer service, and supply chain to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
• Maintain product and systems knowledge to support customers
• Work with NOR, BLX and UK teams to achieve department objectives and targets

• Build and maintain positive and productive work relationships with colleagues, customers, and business partners
• Can solve problems on your own and have attention to details still focusing on meeting demanding deadlines
• Are structured and data-oriented and prefer to work as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English. Swedish will be great, but not a prerequisite
