Employee Benefits Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing and servicing a portfolio of small group accounts, ranging from 2 to 250 lives, with a focus on fully insured benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Employee Navigator or Ease, and fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 for junior-level candidates; $75,000 - $85,000 for experienced professionals.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package provided (details available upon request).
- Remote Work: Equipment provided for remote employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business consisting of 20-30 small group accounts.
- Prepare renewals, conduct marketing and quoting, and round out accounts.
- Conduct enrollment meetings and provide ongoing client support.
- Quote new and renewal business.
- Utilize Employee Navigator or Ease for account management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in employee benefits account management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Employee Navigator, Ease, and AMS 360.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative, personable approach.
- Work Environment: Remote position; candidates must reside in CA, AZ, or NV.
