Now part of the Genuit Groups’ Climate Management Solutions (CMS) business unit, Nu-heat has ambitious growth plans. 

The Role 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented warehouse operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient handling, storage, and movement of goods within the warehouse. This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely order fulfilment, and adherence to health and safety standards.
 
Responsibilities

• Receiving & Inspection: Unload deliveries and verify incoming goods against purchase orders. Inspect items for damage and report discrepancies.
• Storage & Inventory Control: Organize and store products in designated areas. Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS). Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts.
• Order Picking & Packing: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch according to customer requirements. Ensure correct labelling and documentation for shipments
• Dispatch & Loading: Load goods onto vehicles safely and efficiently. Coordinate with transport teams for timely deliveries.
• Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Perform routine checks and report maintenance needs.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  

The Person

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift license desirable).
• Basic IT skills for inventory systems and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move goods safely.
