About the role
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to help improve how Everway manages, measures, and scales revenue performance across the business. This role will connect data, process, systems, and insight across the revenue lifecycle, helping teams make better decisions and operate more effectively.
You will partner with Revenue, Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, Finance, and Operations stakeholders to improve reporting, forecasting, workflows, and performance visibility. You will analyse data from multiple systems, identify trends and root causes, and recommend practical improvements that support growth, retention, expansion, and operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Partner with revenue leaders and cross-functional teams to improve operational visibility, decision-making, and performance across the revenue lifecycle.
- Build, manage, and improve reporting that supports pipeline visibility, bookings, forecasting, retention, expansion, customer health, and revenue performance.
- Analyse data from multiple systems to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and root causes across sales, customer success, renewals, and revenue operations.
- Translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for Revenue, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Operations, and senior leadership stakeholders.
- Support the definition and scaling of revenue processes, including lead-to-opportunity, sales handoff, customer lifecycle management, renewals, expansion, and forecasting workflows.
- Design streamlined workflows that reduce manual tasks, improve data quality, and help revenue teams operate effectively at scale.
- Communicate insights clearly to different stakeholder groups, adapting the content, framing, and level of detail to the audience.
- Identify and implement process improvements that reduce manual reporting and improve visibility into key metrics, goals, and budgetary allocations.
- Use AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, insight generation, playbook development, and workflow efficiency.
- Recommend and execute continuous improvements to revenue reporting, processes, systems, and governance based on observed trends.
- Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of revenue technologies, ensuring tools and processes support reliable data and effective decision-making.
Essential Criteria
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, FP&A, consulting, finance, or a related operational role focused on revenue performance, reporting, or process improvement.
- Experience building reporting and insight that supports revenue performance, forecasting, pipeline management, retention, expansion, or customer lifecycle visibility.
- Able to analyse data from multiple systems, identify trends, and turn findings into practical recommendations.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, Revenue Operations, Finance, or similar teams.
- Experience using CRM, revenue, customer success, spreadsheet, and BI platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of sales processes, forecasting methods, customer lifecycle metrics, and financial reporting.
- Communicates clearly with senior stakeholders and can make complex information easy to understand.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, analysis, workflow efficiency, or the quality of operational outputs.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience working in a SaaS environment.
- SQL experience.
- Experience with revenue planning, forecasting, compensation, or territory management tools.
- Experience supporting segmentation, territory design, revenue playbooks, or lifecycle process design.
