Salary range: $97,122.48 - $131,395.00 per year
How you'll make an impact in this role
Supervise, coordinate, and lead medical surgical and telemetry associates while managing daily operational workflows and floor activity to ensure continuous, high-quality patient monitoring.
Oversee patient access, clinical objectives, and quality improvement initiatives through regular auditing, streamlined processes, and close collaboration with department leadership.
Direct staff hiring, onboarding, continuous clinical development, and skill-based task delegation to maintain high performance standards and regulatory compliance across the unit.
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional requirements you'll need
- One year RN cardiac telemetry experience
