Founding GTM

We are looking for a **Founding GTM** as our first full-time commercial hire. You will own the full sales cycle, from first contact to signed order. And you will work directly with the Founder to **build the sales function**.

## Aufgaben

• Own the **end-to-end sales process**: finding leads, initial outreach, sales meetings (on site), follow-up and closing.
• Win deals in the **German Mittelstand** and initiate **framework agreements with larger enterprise accounts**.
• **Scale our GTM motion** into something repeatable: playbook, tooling and a well managed pipeline.
• Work **closely with the Founder** on the GTM strategy.

## Qualifikation

• Degree in **business or at the intersection of business and technology**, for example Management and Technology with strong grades.
• **Hungry to win and comfortable with direct customer contact**, from cold calls to closing.
• **First experience in B2B sales** and a feel for how a sales process runs combined with **experience with the German Mittelstand**.
• **Humble, low ego**, not afraid to get your hands dirty.
• **Happy to travel** and meet customers on site.
• **Native in German** and fluent in English.
