Key Exciting Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the end-to-end Accounts Payable lifecycle across European entities, ensuring smooth vendor payment execution, accurate ERP coding, and precise ledger maintenance.
- Drive invoice registration and management by capturing inputs across multiple channels, filtering duplicates, routing approvals, and resolving escalations efficiently.
- Direct monthly period-end closing activities, including accurate bank reconciliations, travel expense processing, and period-end accruals under tight schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional accounting partners, internal stakeholders, and external auditors to continuously optimize S2P processes and workflow standards.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Practical experience in Accounts Payable or closely related core finance functions.
- Professional fluency in English paired with excellent interpersonal and collaborative communication skills.
- Demonstrated capability navigating period-end closing deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting ERP platforms with exceptional attention to detail.
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude toward mastering new ERP systems and financial software applications.
