As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering continuous improvement, and enabling predictive and intelligent testing solutions that support the organization's quality objectives. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of new testing tools and methodologies to enhance automation capabilities.
- Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with business goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM testing.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end quality engineering processes.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop predictive testing approaches.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to innovate within testing environments.
