Job Profile Summary: This position is responsible for overseeing the delivery of strategic and operational HR advisory services across the organization. This role leads a team, ensuring consistent application of HR policies, best practices, and compliance standards. This position provides expert guidance on team member relations, performance management, organizational change, and workforce planning, while also collaborating with senior leaders to support business objectives through effective people strategies. A key focus of this role is coaching and developing the HR Advisory team to ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement. This position is a member of the leadership team and facilitates collaborative relationships across Tyson Foods to promote our values, team culture, and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and support a team of HR Advisors on multiple off site location in delivering timely, consistent, and professional customer service across the organization.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers on sensitive and complex HR issues, ensuring solutions are aligned with company policies, employment laws, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business units to support workforce planning, talent development, organizational change, and performance improvement initiatives for HR Advisors.
• Monitor and evaluate HR advisory services to ensure effectiveness, consistency, and continuous improvement.
• Give guidance and act in accordance with HR policies and procedures that support compliance and operational efficiency.
• Analyze trends and metrics to develop proactive solutions and strategies to improve team member engagement, data integrity and organizational health.
• Provide input into the development and delivery of HR Advisor training and initiatives to strengthen leadership and managerial capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company standards, and HR best practices.
• Act as point of contact for escalation of complex or high-risk HR matters.
• Manage a team of HR Advisors that includes hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring.
• Complete all required documentation and mandated training in a timely and accurate manner.
• Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality of all company procedures and information about team members.
• Follow Tyson policies and procedures and participate in any required Quality Improvement activities, staff training, and meetings.
• Timely completion of all mandated training and education.
• Communicate regularly with the Supervisor and team regarding workload and priorities.
• Exercises flexibility in performing assignments as business needs evolve.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience to be considered in lieu of higher education.
• Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of progressive HR experience, including at least two years in a leadership or senior advisory role with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and HR operations.
• Proven experience in team member relations, organizational change, and performance management, complemented by strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills across cross-functional teams and departments.
• Skilled at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with proven experience leading data-driven teams by leveraging reports and analytics to prioritize tasks, guide team performance, and manage projects effectively.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to process accurate information efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Highly motivated, inspirational leaders who can innovatively engage, support and remove barriers for the team to ensure the team consistently meets established goals.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience and competence working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
