Consider the role of Partnership Manager at Reed Wellbeing.

This role will require you to live in Norfolk and have access to your own vehicle.

Please note that internal applications for this role will close on the 3rd November 2026.

What the job is about:

The Partnership Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of local Stakeholder and Participant Engagement strategies across Reed Wellbeing services.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, referral partners and community organisations to increase awareness of our services, strengthen referral pathways and support participant recruitment. Working closely with GP Practices, primary care networks, healthcare providers and wider community stakeholders, you will ensure our services are recognised as trusted and effective health interventions.

Alongside stakeholder engagement, you will lead community outreach activity through a team of Health Champions, delivering targeted engagement campaigns, promotional events and awareness initiatives that encourage eligible participants to access our services.

As a key member of the local management team, you will contribute to service performance, continuous improvement and the achievement of contractual objectives.

Your main responsibilities would be:

  • Developing and delivering local stakeholder and participant engagement strategies.
  • Building strong relationships with GP Practices, healthcare providers, community organisations and referral partners.
  • Creating and maintaining effective referral pathways to increase participant referrals into services.
  • Representing Reed Wellbeing at stakeholder meetings, forums and networking events.
  • Acting as the key point of contact for external stakeholders and responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identifying opportunities to collaborate with complementary services, including mental health, family support and voluntary sector organisations.
  • Planning and managing community engagement and promotional activities across service delivery areas.
  • Working alongside the Marketing Team to develop and implement engagement and communications plans.
  • Supporting digital marketing initiatives and awareness campaigns.
  • Managing and coordinating a programme of local outreach events and health campaigns.
  • Recruiting, onboarding and managing a diverse team of volunteer Health Champions.
  • Ensuring Health Champions receive appropriate training, support and ongoing development.
  • Monitoring engagement activity, analysing outcomes and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
  • Contributing to service improvement initiatives and sharing best practice across the wider organisation.

What's in it for you?

A competitive salary, flexible working arrangements and access to excellent development opportunities. You will also benefit from Reed in Partnership's comprehensive employee benefits package, including:

  • 25 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays
  • Reed Pension Scheme
  • Award-winning Management & Leadership training
  • Professional and Personal Development Funds
  • Bi-annual pay reviews
  • Career development and progression opportunities
  • The opportunity to make a genuine difference to the health and wellbeing of local communities
