Are you ready for a new challenge?Expert is a tech start up that has developed a digital platform allowing customers to book any service anytime anywhere with a simple tap of an App. We want to revolutionize and change the way people book services.We are looking for a Partnership Manager with demonstrable experience of successfully managing large, high-value strategic partnerships. If you’re hungry for success and driven by innovative technology, then this could be the start of your dream job. Job Role: You will be managing partnerships across 24 different industries. Manage the overall delivery of existing contracts with service partners. Perform full scale onboarding of new business partnerships including evaluation, trade checking, contract signing and training. Focus on existing partnerships to increase jobs, engagement and longevity of partnerships. Resolve all issues and complaints with existing partnerships. Spot new opportunities of gaining new partnerships on a large scale. Develop a strategy and develop your own team to grow Expert Partnership programme. Qualities:Outstanding communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrategic thinkerNetworking aptitudeGreat multitasking skillsAttention to detailsRoll up sleeve, hard worker, flexible and able to work over hoursWork under pressure and reach targetsReady to roll your sleeves up as its all hands on deck. Requirements:You must have a proven track record of large-scale partnerships Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar roleExperience working with innovative technologyDegree or master’s in human resources or Marketing is an advantageMust be able to build a strategy from scratch and work independently Capability and experience of building a team from scratch
