Your role

As Head of Digital Collaboration, you are responsible for the performance, development and effectiveness of your area. You lead the organisation, people and capabilities within the area, while driving the transformation agenda and ensuring alignment with Saab's business and technology priorities.

Your mission is to enable secure and effective digital collaboration across Saab. You will drive the evolution of platforms that help employees collaborate, share information and manage documents throughout their lifecycle.

You will lead the continued development of Microsoft 365, enterprise document management and document collaboration capabilities, including platforms such as SharePoint and OpenText. A key priority will be to modernise Saab’s document management landscape while ensuring reliable services and supporting user adoption.

You will establish the platforms, governance and operating models required for secure and effective collaboration and document management. You will also strengthen cross-functional collaboration and support the adoption of cloud, AI and automation where they bring clear business value.

You will be part of the Core Enterprise Platforms and Applications management team. You will act as the bridge between your area, business stakeholders and vendors, creating alignment and ensuring that business priorities, technology initiatives and operational delivery move forward together. The role requires some travel to meet with your teams and business stakeholders.

In this role, you will

• Lead, develop and engage employees and leaders, building capabilities for future business and technology demands
• Set the strategic direction, priorities and transformation roadmap for Digital Collaboration
• Take end-to-end accountability for the performance, security, resilience and lifecycle of platforms and services
• Lead the evolution of Microsoft 365, enterprise document management and document collaboration capabilities
• Drive organisational development and continuous improvement across the area
• Set direction and priorities for the area in alignment with Saab's business and technology strategies
• Establish clear governance, guardrails and standards for secure collaboration and enterprise document management

• Drive adoption and effective use of digital collaboration and document management capabilities across Saab
• Build strong relationships across Business Areas, Group IT, vendors and partners to maximise business value
• Continuously evolve the operating and delivery model to enable efficient, scalable delivery without bottlenecks, balancing central Group IT delivery with federated execution closer to the business
• Take financial ownership of the area, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and prioritisation of resources and investments to maximise business value
• Contribute actively to the Core Enterprise Platforms and Applications management team and to the broader development of Group IT

Your profile

We are looking for an experienced leader who combines strong people leadership, business understanding and technology insight. You have a broad perspective on digital collaboration and enterprise document management, with experience leading teams, driving transformation and delivering results in complex technology environments. You understand how platforms, information governance and user adoption work together to enable secure and effective collaboration across a global organisation.

You are a people-oriented leader who creates engagement, develops others and fosters high-performing teams. At the same time, you combine strategic thinking with a strong delivery focus and a passion for modern technologies and transformation.

Key qualifications and experience

• Academic degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
• Strong people leadership and talent development skills
• Proven experience managing operational delivery and service performance
• Experience driving organisational and technology transformation in complex environments
• Experience leading digital collaboration or enterprise document management services and platform
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, digital collaboration and enterprise document management across cloud and on-premises environments
• Broad understanding of information governance, document lifecycle management, information security and compliance
• Experience establishing platform strategies, governance and operating models that enable effective collaboration between central and distributed teams
• Experience driving platform modernisation, migration, user adoption or digital collaboration transformation initiatives in large organisations
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
• Experience from large, complex and global organisations
• Experience from the defence industry or other highly regulated and security-sensitive industries is considered an advantage
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken
