Description
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple mission-critical data center projects, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

Manage client and general contractor relationships, supporting client satisfaction and repeat business.

Review project budgets, forecasts, billing, profitability, and financial performance.

Lead executive project reviews, identify risks, and implement performance improvements.
-
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and support project managers and field leadership.
-
Uphold safety standards and quality requirements across all projects.

Mentor project management teams and develop future leaders.
-
Represent the organization in client meetings and industry partnerships.
Key Qualifications:
-
10+ years of electrical construction experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership.

Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects valued at $50M+ in the mission-critical data center sector.

Strong knowledge of electrical construction and mission-critical project delivery.

Demonstrated expertise in financial management, forecasting, contract negotiations, and risk mitigation.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

Experience mentoring project managers and field leadership teams.

Willingness to travel nationwide to project sites and client offices.

Ability to meet applicable pre-employment background, driving record, and drug-screening requirements.
