Job Description
Candidate would be responsible for creating sales quotes/booking Trade orders in SAP ECC/ liaison with internal teams to answer customer queries, and managing other sub-processes.
Respond to product/service order fulfilment processes, customer service requests such as end-to-end order status management.
Manages and coordinates the end-to-end customer experience (from order to delivery) by applying broad knowledge of customer situations, company processes, financial requirements, and international compliance requirements related to customer sales order and product shipment.
Proficiency in using ERP Systems, such as SAP (ECC), to manage and process orders/Quotes and bookings effectively.
Candidates should be proficient in English (Verbal and Written) communication skills.
Resolves customer service issues for complex, multi-country or multi-regional accounts.
Acts as a liaison between customers and appropriate internal organizations such as Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics and Service Delivery to resolve customer inquiries.
Experience of Order Management process & Quote to Cash cycle is a must
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required.
