Bot MD is a Y Combinator funded startup with the mission of Empowering Doctors around the world. We believe that helping hospitals and clinics automate and simplify clinical workflows are essential to improving the quality of patient care. This is a significant need especially in large and underserved emerging markets.

At Bot MD, we believe in building products that delight our clinical users. We are looking for a rockstar Solutions & Project Delivery Manager to join our growing team to help us scale our Bot MD platform across the Asia Pacific region.  Bot MD has developed a suite of AI Agents which integrate into hospital and clinic information systems as well as popular chat apps like Viber and Facebook Messenger to automate the end-to-end care journey. 

In this role, you will lead the technical requirements and project implementation for Bot MD platforms across Southeast Asia. You will partner alongside our Sales and Operations team to ensure the smooth implementation and delivery of key customer initiatives and projects.

You are a business and technical-minded project manager. You have a strong attention to details and project timelines.  You are also creative and a problem solver at heart. You love to build strong customer relationships and are constantly coming up with ways to improve our platform, and thinking critically about which of them will make the biggest impact. You know how to measure and interpret the results of your team’s effort. You thrive in cross-functional roles and love working side by side with a diverse team. You easily manage several projects at once. You work well under pressure, and you are accountable to results. Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales across Southeast Asia to present Bot MD’s product platforms and capabilities to hospitals and clinics
• Determine customer requirements and design solutions to achieve their business objectives
• Work with Bot MD’s engineering team to determine the solution architecture and integrations required
• Help to lead and manage customer UAT and project delivery
• Suggest improvements to the Product team to better localize Bot MD products for the SG/MY markets

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience leading major product or project initiatives in the healthcare or tech industry
• Impact focus and a consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users and the business
• Strong focus on timely implementation and managing project risks
• Proven ability to deliver on what you say you will do. You hold your team to this standard, you don’t let details slip
• Technical and business minded. You deeply understand how your products work and how to measure long term impact.
• Good team player, positive attitude, excellent communication skills
• BA/BS preferred, not required
