Job Description:
The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of invoices and other payable documents for designated companies. This role ensures efficient financial and administrative operations while maintaining compliance with internal policies and procedures.
The position follows a hybrid working model, requiring 4 days per week in the office
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and timely entry of vendor invoices into the system.
Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
Reconcile goods received but not invoiced, as per the Accounts Payable and Purchase Order reports.
Assist with other relevant month-end activities.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all transactions.
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Secondary education required in Business, Finance or Accounting
Advanced active knowledge of English and other language is a plus
3-5 years´ experience in a finance & administrative department
MS Office (especially Excel)
Experience with accounting system (Oracle experience a plus)
Excellent communication skills
Detail oriented and high level of accuracy
Effective organization skills
Teamwork
Knowledge of accounts payable and general accounting procedures
