In this role, you will be working as a Junior Estimator for a client that works in the construction industry. This position will be responsible for estimating new projects and helping track projects costs as projects move through construction.
This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.
- Bachelors Degreein construction management or architecture
- Architectural project experience preferred
- MS Office experience - Excel required
- Review construction drawings, specifications and other bid documents
- Perform material and quatity takeoffs
- Assist in developing labor, material, equipment and other project cost estimates
- Work with vendors and suppliers
- Strong math skills
