- Reviewing property expenditure and assessing the accounting and tax treatment of Capital Allowances
- Preparing Capital Allowances claims, conducting thorough due diligence, and producing detailed reports for HMRC
- Analysing complex information and commercial property data to identify qualifying opportunities and maximise client tax relief
- Supporting the preparation and submission of claims from initial review through to completion and client sign-off
- Liaising with clients, accountants, surveyors and tax professionals to gather supporting evidence and progress claims efficiently
- Ensuring accuracy, compliance and quality throughout all claims while managing multiple cases and meeting key deadlines
