We are looking for an experienced Change Management Lead to drive the people side of major business transformations across a global organization. You will build commitment, readiness and lasting adoption as new digital capabilities, planning processes and cross-functional ways of working are introduced across functions, regions and business units. What will your role will be to?
Working in close partnership with business leaders, SME’s, digital teams and suppliers, you will translate transformation objectives into practical change journeys that help our colleagues understand what is changing, why it matters and how to succeed in the future state. Your focus will be to turn transformation into sustained business outcomes.
You will become part of our Marine, Energy & Infrastructure Operations Strategy & Projects team; a small, informal and ambitious team where open and honest feedback, continuous learning and collaboration are highly valued.
Lead end-to-end change management for global transformation initiatives, from readiness and deployment to adoption and sustainment.
Assess organizational impact and develop targeted change, communication, engagement, and training interventions.
Build stakeholder alignment across functions, regions, and leadership levels, leveraging sponsor and champion networks to drive adoption.
Monitor readiness, adoption, and business outcomes, managing resistance and implementing mitigation actions as needed.
Ensure programs and projects achieve their defined KPIs and deliver sustainable business value through effective change management.
Advise transformation leaders on change risks, organizational readiness, and benefits realization, while contributing to the continuous improvement of change management practices and tools.
This is a global role, and you will have some travel activities of app 1-2 months on a yearly basis.
What will you bring?
You are an experienced hands-on change leader who combines structured change management expertise with strong business understanding and an engaging, pragmatic style. You build trust at all organizational levels, create clarity in complex environments and are comfortable challenging constructively when adoption or leadership alignment is at risk.
Proven experience (+10 years) leading change for large-scale, cross-functional, international transformation programs, ideally within manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments.
Strong track record of driving adoption and business value from digital solution implementations and organizational change initiatives.
Hands-on expertise in change management methodologies, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption measurement.
Ability to influence and advise senior leaders and executive sponsors on sponsorship, alignment, organizational readiness, and change risk.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, combined with a collaborative, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach to navigating complexity and resistance.
If you have experience with tools like Kinaxis Rapid Response, O9 Solutions or SAP IBP it would be regarded very relevant.
Experience that would be particularly valuable
Change leadership within demand planning, forecasting, sales and operations planning, inventory optimization, or related supply chain processes.
Understanding of how advanced planning solutions, data-driven decision-making and new governance models affect roles, behaviours and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience from a manufacturing, coatings, processing industry, or similarly complex global operating environment.
A relevant change management certification, for example Prosci, CCMP or an equivalent qualification.
