We are hunting for a driven, persuasive Outbound Sales Representative to join our team in Lisbon on behalf of a top-tier global social media platform. Operating within the digital ad space, you will proactively engage business prospects, demonstrate the value of our advertising tools, and drive account growth. Primary Responsibilities

• Outbound Outreach: Execute high-volume cold calling campaigns targeting potential business clients across English-speaking regions.
• Lead Qualification & Pitching: Identify key decision-makers, evaluate their advertising needs, and deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to their goals.
• Pipeline Management: Guide prospects through the full sales cycle and keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
• Consultative Selling: Showcase how community-focused digital ad solutions drive measurable return on investment for businesses.
• Achieve Monthly Targets: Meet or exceed daily and weekly metrics, including call volume, qualified pipeline, and conversions.
• Market Feedback: relay valuable prospect feedback to management to help refine pitch strategies and monitor market trends.

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory Criteria (Non-Negotiable):

• Work Authorization: Must hold a valid Portuguese Residency Card (Título de Residência) or EU Citizenship. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are not available.
• Location: Must currently reside in Lisbon with the ability to commute to our office daily (Fully On-site).
• Language Proficiency: C1 Minimum to Native English fluency with strong business communication skills.
• Sales Experience: Hands-on background in outbound phone sales and cold calling (B2B or digital ad sales experience is a distinct advantage).

Soft Skills & Qualifications:

• High resilience, strong objection handling, and an ambitious, target-focused mindset.
• Ability to quickly build trust with decision-makers and articulate value clearly.
• Comfortable using sales tools, CRM software, and digital media platforms.
