What You'll Be Doing
Prepare and review federal, state, and local income tax returns, extensions, and estimated tax payments.
Support quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provision calculations and related financial reporting.
Research and interpret tax laws and regulations to assess impacts and support compliance.
Partner with internal stakeholders to analyze tax implications and provide strategic guidance.
Assist with tax audits, examinations, and responses to taxing authorities.
Support tax aspects of acquisitions, reorganizations, and other business initiatives.
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance tax reporting accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
What Are We Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of tax accounting experience
Demonstrated expertise in corporate tax accounting, compliance, and financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations and tax provision concepts.
Ability to analyze complex financial and tax data and develop practical recommendations.
Proficiency with tax software (OneSource Income Tax (OIT) and Tax Provision (OTP)), ERP systems (SAP), and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
