As our OB/GYN Physician, you will join Dignity Health Medical Group – Bakersfield, a multispecialty group within Dignity Health Medical Foundation, in Bakersfield, California. You will play a pivotal role in building a brand-new, comprehensive OB/GYN practice from the ground up, addressing the growing need for women's healthcare in the community.
You will collaborate with an experienced Obstetrician/Gynecologist, sharing call responsibilities and benefiting from strong mentorship to support your professional growth. Your practice will emphasize high-quality care over patient volume, and you will have access to crucial resources including Gynecologic Oncology and Perinatology services. Dedicated RN triage coverage during after-hours and weekends, alongside a dedicated marketing representative, will streamline operations and help build your patient panel efficiently. You will be dedicated to providing excellent women's healthcare within a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient well-being and offers no in-house call.
We are offering a competitive compensation range of $375,000 – $425,000/year, with excellent earning potential through a salary guarantee period and productivity bonus. You will also receive a generous sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and a CME allowance.
