Position Summary

The Graduate Analyst will participate in a one-year, full-time position designed for recent graduates who are eager to begin their professional careers in banking. Participants will be assigned to a specific department within the bank, such as Commercial, Products & Investments, Technology, or other business areas, based on their academic background, skills, and interests.

During the program, analysts will contribute meaningfully to team objectives, work on strategic initiatives, and develop the foundational skills needed for a long-term career at Santander.

• Support the assigned department with operational, analytical, and strategic tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver projects and initiatives that advance business goals.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare presentations to support decision-making.
• Participate in professional development, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
• Demonstrate adaptability, curiosity, and a proactive approach to learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier university (graduation within the past two years).
• Strong academic record and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with initiative and drive.
• Interest in financial services and commitment to building a career at Santander.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

$73,125.00 USD$122,500.00 USD
