Job Description: Manufacturing Professional – Equipment Maintenance
Job Purpose:
A Manufacturing Professional for facility and maintenance is fully responsible as coordinator daily building operations, schedules routine equipment checks, handles repair requests, and oversees third-party contractors/vendors in accordance HSE procedure.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure for maintenance processes and facilities compliance to health, safety standards and applicable regulation.
- Coordinate for internal team arrangement, routine work, project execution and improvement.
- Coordinate the preventive maintenance to meet between schedule and actual to maintain the availability of machines or equipment’s.
- Coordinate with outside contractors/vendors, HSE team and relevant department to organize project kick of meeting, work monitoring and review service quality to keep physical workspace safe and fully functional.
- Track and report for repair requests, concern report and facility projects from start to finish.
- Control the spare part inventory, safety stock and storage system.
- Work with various departments for manufacturing support and projects delivery.
- Participate in HSE and company program and proactively involve in improving HSE culture in Batam site.
Qualification/Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in facilities management, engineering or a related field.
- Experience minimum 2 years working in facilities/operations/HSE/property maintenance support.
- Familiar with MS office.
- Soft Skills with good teamwork, communication and strong problem-solving.
