Your Contribution

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable HR process and system improvements.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Help clients plan and adopt changes to their HR technology.
• Facilitate workshops and share knowledge with clients and colleagues.

 

The Expertise You Bring

• Experience with HR cloud solutions, ideally including SAP SuccessFactors.
• A degree in a business, HR or IT-related discipline.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn requirements into clear recommendations.
• Confident communication, effective teamwork and a practical approach to solving problems.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
