As a Channel Specialist for Vietnam, you will be responsible for executing ABB's distribution channel sales strategy to drive market penetration, profitable growth, and customer base expansion within the Electrification Smart Buildings business for Northern region. Working closely with retail distribution channel partners and internal stakeholders, you will develop partner capabilities, implement business plans, and deliver growth in orders, revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction across the assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Execute the channel sales strategy for northern territory, identify growth opportunities, and drive achievement of sales, revenue, profitability, and market share targets through the indirect sales channel.

• Develop, evaluate, and manage retail distribution channel partners by building strong relationships, supporting partner certification, and training programs, and ensuring alignment with ABB's business objectives and standards.

• Create and implement channel business plans, commercial proposals, promotional activities, and joint growth initiatives while supporting sales negotiations and framework agreements.

• Monitor channel performance through regular business reviews, sales analysis, forecasting, and reporting, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams to drive continuous improvement and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or any other related engineering field.

• Min of 5 years of experience in retail distribution channels, electrician and POS.

• Experienced selling Smart Buildings Low Voltage electrical products and components mainly for home distribution.

• Strong commercial and analytical skills with experience in business planning, sales strategy execution, forecasting, and performance management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence partners, customers, and internal teams.

• Good understanding of the Northern territory market and ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.

• Demonstrated commitment to integrity, compliance, and ethical business practices, with knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and cybersecurity requirements.
