Description
Our client is a boutique hospitality group located in Bingin, Uluwatu, Bali, operating an exclusive clifftop villa and dining concept overlooking the ocean. Known for its sophisticated atmosphere and commitment to operational excellence, they are actively seeking a highly analytical, dynamic, and hands-on Procurement Manager to lead vendor management, streamline supply chain operations, and drive cost-effective purchasing strategies that align with their standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management within high-end hospitality, F&B, or luxury retail.
- Prior pre-opening experience in hospitality or dining concepts.
- Strong capability to set up initial procurement standards, vendor networks, and inventory systems for hospitality business.
- Strong negotiation tactics, excellent financial acumen, and sharp analytical skills to evaluate market trends and price adjustments.
- Highly proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), modern procurement software, and inventory management systems (PMS/POS).
- High attention to detail regarding purchase order accuracy, delivery logistics, and managing product return/damage procedures professionally.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); strong communication skills to coordinate seamlessly across Finance, Operations, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct continuous market research to secure competitive pricing for materials, goods, and operational supplies; prepare detailed price comparison reports for management approval.
- Make data-driven purchasing decisions based on consumption rates, process accurate purchase orders, and follow up closely with suppliers to guarantee timely delivery.
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with reliable suppliers; define favorable payment terms and establish clear return/damage conditions in advance.
- Maintain weekly and monthly expenditure reports, track purchasing metrics, and collaborate closely with Finance to ensure all transactions remain within budget and compliance guidelines.
- Oversee warehouse stock levels, maintain precise inventory records, and ensure all received goods are logged and delivered to storage as scheduled.
