Your Responsibilities

As Team Lead Marketing Europe Central (m/f/d), you’ll directly shape our presence across the DACH and Eastern European regions. Your focus will be on driving impactful marketing initiatives and enabling both channel and direct business growth, while building a strong and motivated regional team. You’ll collaborate closely with key stakeholders, ensuring our marketing aligns with company goals and advances DocuWare’s market leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Design and roll out integrated marketing plans tailored to the needs of the Central region, harmonizing global and regional priorities.
• Boost DocuWare’s visibility and demand, empowering Sales and partners to reach ambitious goals through targeted campaigns and initiatives.
• Spearhead demand generation, channel marketing, and campaign strategies to support every stage of the customer journey.
• Regularly evaluate and refine marketing activities to maximize their impact, efficiency, and ROI.
• Spot market trends and translate them into actionable strategies that fuel both short- and long-term business success.
• Localize global marketing content and campaigns, developing resources that resonate with markets in the Central region.
• Ensure consistent messaging and engagement across online and offline channels to effectively reach your audiences.
• Foster close collaboration with Sales, partner management, and corporate marketing for seamless execution and alignment.
• Inspire and guide your team, providing clear direction, support, and opportunities for development and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on campaign and team performance to enable data-driven decisions and further optimization.

What you need to succeed

• A background in B2B marketing, especially within software, technology, or similarly dynamic sectors. As well as proven capabilities in leading and inspiring marketing teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
•  Academic background in business, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Solid hands-on expertise in digital and performance marketing, including content creation, webinars, and asset production.
• Experience translating strategic objectives into effective, actionable projects and campaigns - especially in complex channel or partner-driven business models.
• Strong project management skills, confident using tools such as Jira, HubSpot, MS Dynamics, Power BI, SEO platforms, and AI solutions to boost productivity and results.
• Adept at navigating priorities, managing multiple tasks, and sustaining focus on KPIs and outcomes.
• A problem-solving mindset, resilience in a fast-paced environment, and a can-do, optimistic approach.
• Team spirit and clear communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration across functions and cultures.

• Fluent German and English language skills complete your profile.
