Summary:
As a Technology Delivery Lead, your day involves overseeing the execution of substantial and intricate technology initiatives. You coordinate closely with project sponsors to ensure that project scope and risks are effectively managed. Your role includes steering the project towards successful completion by maintaining high standards of service quality and controlling costs. You also play a key role in fostering ongoing business growth by supporting sales efforts with innovative approaches and ensuring excellence in delivery. Collaboration and strategic oversight are central to your daily activities, ensuring projects align with organizational goals and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance their skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Argus.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies within technology projects.
- Ability to analyze complex project requirements and develop effective delivery plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Capability to drive continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Argus.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
