Job Description

The Key Accountabilities for this role are, not limited to: Provides administrative support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry, email sorting, filing or similar activities. Performs data entry of material from source documents into a computer database to support business operations. Processing master data creation, update and validation within the SLA while ensuring the compliance with corporate policies and procedures. Ensures master data integrity in ERP application systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality. Data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements with other functional data owners to ensure functional master data integrity across the operation of financial systems is consistent and meets stated business rules and requirements. Support any ad hoc projects for continuous process improvement, cleaning up, mapping and etc

Qualifications

Experience/Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduade Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. SAP/Shared Service background will be advantageous Knowledge Well versed with Microsoft office applications Understanding of Data Management and process flow control is essential Skills Excellent English writing & communication skills Good proficiency in additional language will be added advantage. Attribute Willing to work during Malaysia’s public holiday and overtime if required Pro-active support to the business is a key attribute for this role with a customer service focus to link both systems requirements with business outcomes.
