The team of staff you will be working with aim to support each other to provide the best learning environment for their pupils, making it a fun and exciting school.  The Role  You will be joining the school on a full-time basis from Term 6 with the potential to continue in September. The Head Teacher is looking for someone who can use their initiative and bring their own creativity to the learning, planning exciting and engaging activities to support the pupil’s learning and development.  You will be expected to: Have great knowledge of Phonics. Ability to assess children’s knowledge and development. Plan engaging and exciting activities to attract children to their learning. Be confident with differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all children. Provide a safe and welcoming environment for the children.  Working with Long-term Teachers: We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools. LTT was founded with the aim of creating a genuine, transparent and straightforward service to help candidates secure their next role.
