Director of Sales & Marketing
SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- 40 Hours per Week
- Occasional Weekends and Evenings
- Local Travel Required
- Flexibility Offered
COMPENSATION:
- $110,000 to $115,000 Base Salary, dependent on experience
- Monthly Commission
- 20% Annual Bonus
- Additional Performance-Based Bonuses

COMPANY PROFILE:
Founded in 2010, this organization currently operates eight (8) senior living communities across four (4) states. Their facilities boast exceptional services in independent living, assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation, and more.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans that drive occupancy, revenue growth, and brand awareness across the organization. The Director will lead a high-performing team, establish measurable goals, and align sales initiatives with the overall business strategy in the senior living industry.
Specific duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
- partner with executive leadership to define short- and long-term growth plans
- analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to guide sales strategy
- build strong partnerships with community executive directors and sales leaders
- drive census and revenue growth across all communities
- establish sales goals, performance metrics, and incentives
- strengthen referral networks and expand community outreach programs
- build strong partnerships with community support specialists
- recruit, mentor, and retain top talent across the sales and marketing teams
- set performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and professional development
- foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centered service
- develop and manage departmental budgets
The Director will work closely with clinical and administrative leadership across the organization, providing regular updates on lead generation, conversion rates, occupancy growth, and campaign performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree, relevant field
- 10+ years progressive sales and marketing experience
- 5+ years sales and marketing leadership experience
- experience in the senior living industry strongly preferred
- experience in related fields accepted (home care, hospice, etc.)
