Key Account Manager – Industrial and Catering Equipment

Jennifer Griffiths Recruitment are seeking to appoint a Key Account Manager to join our manufacturing client’s team. In this role, you will work within the Key Account Sales team, acting as the main point of contact for large and strategic accounts. Understanding customer requirements, building strong relationships and identifying new commercial opportunities will be key to success. Working closely with internal teams across the business, you will deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations while ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of each account. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused approach, combining sales expertise, relationship management and industry knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Establish, build and maintain strong working relationships with key customers Identify and convert new business opportunities within new and existing accounts Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through quotation, negotiation and order completion.
